1. Products

 

What size shirt should I order?

How should I take care of my product?

 

Care instructions are normally printed on the inside of our garments, if they are not printed, the manufacturers label will be attached which will have the care instructions on them. Failing these options we usually have in our packaging a care instruction slip for all you need to know about taking care of your product e.g. washing and ironing instructions. If you would like to know the care instructions beforehand contact us via our email (shown above) or our social medias (twitter etc.) where we will be happy to help.

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Etc.

 

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

 

How secure is this store?

 

All payments are processed via PayPal, THE most trusted payment gateway in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. PayPal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information. PayPal accepts all payment cards, and with its extremely easy to use checkout software, there is no better way to pay for something online!

 

What is your exchange / return policy?

 

Our customers are the most important people to us and your satisfaction is vital, so if you do have a problem or an enquiry do not hesitate to ask us, we are proud of our happy and helpful customer service that we provide.

 

Returns are accepted, any returns which involve postage costs must be paid for by the buyer, you can swap the size or colour of the item which has been bought (as long as the other item is still in stock), if the item cannot be exchanged, we will offer a full refund as long as the item can be returned (unfortunetly, again the buyer will have to pay postage costs, sorry!). If an item is being returned then we must be notified within 4-5 working days of purchase. If an item is returned without notification or it has been more than seven days since the purchase took place; the item will be sent back to the buyer.

 

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn, washed or damaged.

In the event of non-acceptance of delivery, any additional postage costs are the buyers responsibility.

Any textile problems with an garment (colour stain or loose thread) is not responsibility of ourselves but of the manufacturer of the garment, but, we do try and use only the best manufacturers for the garments that we use, this is why this situation has never happened to any of our customers.

If there is a problem with the print, design or the way the garments arrived (wet, damp or ripped)then that is a responsibility that we will accept, a swift refund to the customer will be given.

 

We do our best to ensure the best quality, but if for any reason we made a mistake on your order or it was damaged during post we will send you the correct or non-damaged item right away.

 

3. Shipping

 

How long will delivery of my order take?

 

The delivery time will take 2 to 5 working days. As soon as your payment has been cleared we will package your item and send it off within 24 hours of your purchase. We must wait until the payment clears before we send the order off, this counteracts the possibility of fraud. We will wait particulary on international orders as there is less margin for payment/transfer error.

 

How much does your postage and packaging cost?

 

Postage costs vary due to wieght and size of the garment, the postage costs of your order will be shown on the checkout of your order. This includes customised packaging free of charge, your package will also include care instructions inside.

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes we do, we now ship worldwide. Please allow 10-15 days for the item to get to you, if it has still not arrived after 15 days please get in contact with us so we can sort the issue out. Due to the cost of postage for overseas orders, our postage and packaging will cost more than usual, the charge will be added to your order in the checkout, once you have added your address.

 

International Payments:

We usually give it 6-7 days before we actually ship the order to make sure our payment systems (Paypal) can conclude if there has been a fraudulent payment or not, especially with a big order (£50.00 and upwards). If after 6-7 days we have not been alerted then we will send the item off, if we have been alerted of a fraudulent payment we will have to cancel the order and refund the bank card with its expenditure.

Yes we do, on particular occasions, we will notify you either by our monthly newsletter or our social media sites in regards to discount codes.
